Placing orders
When placing an order on this website, you (the website visitor), are liable for any transaction that was placed under your account that was created upon checkout on this website. You are liable for the correct information when placing an order on our store and to make sure that the address provided for delivery, is the correct one. We do not ship to warehouses, mines, factories or P.O Boxes. We ship physical products to residential or business addresses within South Africa and Worldwide. Please provide a physical residential or business address before you checkout.
International customers can also place orders on our digital licensed software and Sealed Box software only as it gets delivered via email within 1 - 24 hours or sometimes sooner depending on time of order and cleared payment. Sealed Box software will be delivered within 5 - 10 working days depending on the address in USA, UK or Worldwide.
All orders should be placed during office hours to avoid delays of order processes and deliveries. After hour orders can also be placed on our online store, but do expect delays because we only process orders during office working hours and weekdays. Only digital licensed software products can be ordered over weekends because it gets delivered via email between 8:00 am - 13:00 pm SAST (South African Standard Time).
By placing an order on our online store, doesn't mean that the product has been reserved. J N L TECH only reserves a product or stock for your order once payment has cleared in our business bank account.
Orders placed on a Friday or over weekends for pc hardware/components, tech gadgets and sealed Microsoft software, will only be attended to and processed on Mondays during working hours as no orders will be processed on weekends due to our suppliers/distributors and courier services that are unavailable during these times.
Payment Options
We accept various payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, Store Cards, Credit, Debit Cards, MOBICRED, MoreTyme, SnapScan, Zapper and Payoneer. Strictly NO CASH PAYMENTS will be accepted or allowed. The various payment methods we currently have available, is to make it convenient for our all customers to use different types of payment methods to pay for their orders online that is safe, secured and SSL encrypted. Plus, South African customers can use the BUY NOW, PAY LATER payment option on all orders of R 500 or more if you are a MoreTyme customer to pay for your order within 3 monthly installments. Or they can make use of MOBICRED depending on credit availability.
EFT Payment via FNB/Capitec is our preferred payment method on all orders for quicker deliveries and shipping of products as the funds gets paid directly into our business bank account. Orders will be processed as soon as possible when payment cleared in our business account.
When using the Payfast payment method for PC Hardware, Tech Gadgets or Sealed Box Microsoft Software, the order will take a bit longer to be processed due to Payfast that only process payments within 72 - 96 Hours (4 working days). Only when payment cleared in our business account after Payfast processed it in our account for PC Hardware, Tech Gadgets and Sealed Microsoft Software, we will start processing the order and will keep you updated on the status of your order. Digital Licensed Software, will still be delivered via email within 1 - 24 hours when using the Payfast payment method. We welcome Payfast payments for Digital Licensed Software orders.
We do not store any Credit/Debit card information on our online store to protect our customers online. We bank with First National Bank and Capitec Bank Only. If we send a quote to you for any item, whether it is a physical or digital product, it will only be valid for 48 hours. All quotes will be cancelled after 48 hours if no payment has been received without any given notice at our own discretion. International Customers from USA, UK and Worldwide, can now also place orders on our Digital Licensed and Sealed Microsoft Box Version Software and make use of the Payoneer or PayFast Payment Methods.
When making an EFT payment via FNB/Capitec or PayPal for any order that was placed on our website, please use tne Order Number as payment reference when making any payment in the bank or PayPal Business account of J N L TECH AND SOFTWARE PTY LTD. When USA and UK customers make payment via Payoneer, they should always use the Banking Details and Reference that is given to them upon checkout. International customers can also make use of PayFast Credit Card payment method to checkout online.
Always use the Order Number as payment reference whether you use Credit/Debit Card, Instant EFT, MOBICRED, SCODE, QR Code Apps, SNAPSCAN, RCS Store Card, Zapper or PayPal to speed up the process of your order. After an order confirmation and notification email from us, all payments to be made within 48 hours unless stated otherwise. An order will be cancelled without notice if no payment was received within 48 hours after an order confirmation.
Please kindly email the proof of payment to info@jnltechandsoftware.co.za or jnltechsoftware@outlook.com and put the Order Number in the subject line of your email in order for us to allocate your payment and order. No proof of payments will be accepted via SMS, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Business or any other means of social contact, only via email.
Without the proof of payment, we won't be able to allocate your payment and order that was placed on our online store and that will delay the ordering process. No orders will be processed without cleared payment in our business bank account and without the correct order number. With payments via PayFast, no proof of payment is required because we will be notified by them when payment was received.
Shipping, Deliveries and Timeframes
Important Note: All PC Hardware/Components and Tech Gadgets stock gets shipped directly from our suppliers/distributors to be delivered to our customers after cleared payment to avoid delivery delays. No item gets shipped and delivered to us first (our premises) and then delivered to our customers afterwards. That procedure is too long and will cause a major delay in the delivering process, that is why we prefer the distributor/supplier to customer delivery method (drop shipping) to deliver orders as soon as possible to our customers after cleared payment. Opened Box items will always be available at our premises to keep it on hand for collection or shipping purposes. Only PC Hardware and Tech Gadgets that gets collected from our premises, we have to order from our supplier/distributor and wait for arrival before we inform our customers to collect the item or send their own courier for collection. Backorder deliveries such as Brand New Sealed Microsoft Software, also gets delivered at our premises first before we dispatch, ship and deliver the products to our customers within South Africa. International customers can also place orders on Sealed Microsoft products however, shipping fees will vary depending on the address or location.
All orders of R 3 000 or more, will be delivered Free of Charge to Major Centres and Outlaying/Rural Areas within South Africa Only.
For all orders under R 2 500, a fee of R 120 will be charged for Major Centres (CPT, JHB, PTA, PE and DBN) and a fee of R 180 will be charged for Rural/Outlaying Areas due to high risks involved and distance (Farms, Townships, Desolated/Isolated Areas). No Mines and Factories included.
Backorders are allowed for Sealed Box Microsoft Software Only.
Expected delivery within 5 - 10 working days on Backorders Only or sometimes sooner depending on time of order and when payment has reflected in our Bank/PayPal/Payoneer account. Backorders are only allowed for Full Packaged Products of Sealed Microsoft Software and doesn't apply to other products. The order will only be processed once the order has been confirmed and payment cleared. Sealed Microsoft Software products can only be placed on Backorders due to not having the products at our premises. Once your order is confirmed, we will start processing it and keep you updated on the status of your order within the stipulated time frame.
No collections are allowed unless otherwise stated, because we are an exclusive online store only. All pc hardware/components, gets shipped directly from our supplier or distribution centres to our customers in South Africa.
Estimated time for deliveries to Major Centres is 1 - 4 working days or sometimes sooner depending on time of order and when payment has reflected in our bank account.
Estimated time for deliveries to Outlaying/Rural areas is 1 - 5 working days or sometimes sooner depending on time of order and when payment has reflected in our bank account.
Estimated time for international deliveries is 5 - 10 working days or sometimes sooner depending on time of order and when payment has reflected in our bank account.
ESD - Electronic Software Distribution Items are delivered via Email only within 1 - 24 hours or sometimes sooner depending on time of order and when payment has reflected in our bank account. Why wait days or weeks for stock to be delivered, while the digital licensed software can be delivered directly to you via email within minutes?
The above-mentioned deliveries, are just estimates as the items gets delivered before the stipulated times depending on time of orders.
Warranties
All our pc hardware and tech gadgets, comes with a 1 to 3 years manufacturing warranty. Please check the product listings on this website for warranties on our pc hardware and tech gadgets.
Please note, that digital software doesn't come with any warranties however, we will do a replacement within 15-days or 30-days from purchase depending on the product if or when the need arises. An online technical diagnostic test will be done first to check the issue on the device before any replacements will be issued. J N L TECH support needs to check and diagnose if the issue is from your side or our side for security purposes and do a proper assessment before replacements are issued.
No replacements will be issued without online technical diagnostic tests or assessments. We might require a clear screenshot or clear recorded video footage of the error code that you encountered whilst installing the purchased software to do a proper investigation before any replacement will be issued. Replacements will only be done within 15-days or 30-days from purchase. J N L TECH AND SOFTWARE Terms and Conditions apply.
Online Remote Tech Support
If you purchase any digital licensed product or box version software from J N L TECH AND SOFTWARE PTY LTD, and do not know how to install or download the software on your device, you may opt for online remote tech support which is a R 300 Once-Off Fee. If you need tech support, please add tech support to your cart upon checkout in order for us to assist you online remotely. A fee of R 300 will apply for online remote tech support only for the installation and configuration of our software that was purchased on our online store.
Please note, that you need to be present if or when we offer online remote tech support due to security purposes. Without you being present, no online remote tech support will be offered. We will wait till you confirm your availability before we proceed with the online tech support and installation of the software you have purchased from us.
